Hi and welcome to the reading world!
Today is another round of recommending books based on other stories you may have enjoyed. This version is going to be based on tv shows and movies!
As a disclaimer, none of these stories are duplicates of each other and I would never want these recommendations to come off in that way. Let’s get into the list!

The Count of Monte Cristo and Who Killed Sara?
Both of these stories feature characters who are innocent and betrayed by those they trust and locked away. In the aftermath, their journeys are shaped by a desire for revenge and the impact this has not only on themselves and their targets but those around them.

People We Meet on Vacation and Dawson’s Creek
Both of these stories feature the slow build of a friendship filled with romantic tension. Friends to lovers romances are definitely ones I’m not as familiar with but I enjoyed this novel although the characters are oftentimes a little dramatic. Dawson’s Creek features friends growing up together whereas People We Meet on Vacation’s protagonists are college aged when they meet. However both take steps to show the depth of affection and love that grows over years as well as the drama and messiness that ensues with other love interests.

A Dark and Secret Place and Silence of the Lamb
Both of these stories feature a young woman who has to help investigators work with a notorious serial killer to solve a copycat. The serial killer and protagonist have enigmatic and cryptic conversations as the murder mystery unravels. I personally wasn’t the hugest fan of the novel but I definitely see a lot of parallels between these that I think readers would enjoy if they liked the movie.
So, there’s another round of reading recommendations! What are some tv show and movie pairings for books you have? Let me know in the comments!
Thanks for stopping by!
