Most Anticipated New Releases: August 2021

Hi and welcome to the reading world!

Today, I’m sharing some of the books I’m most excited about that are coming out next month! I decided to share more than 10 picks this month, but feel free to leave a comment telling me if you like having a curated selection of 10 picks only, or more of an overview of the books I’m curious to check out.

Also, since there are so many books in this list, I’ll simply be sharing the date and photo, but I will leave links to Goodreads pages!

Before I get started, a few quick things to note:

While I enjoy pre-ordering a few books when I can, there are definitely too many new releases I’m excited about to be able to purchase and read them all! I try to utilize my local library frequently, get used books when I can, or check out Little Free Libraries!

If these new releases are something you’re interested in, definitely consider checking out your local library/Libby- you can place a hold, request your library purchase a copy, or check into Inter-Library Loan options! I’m constantly trying to be mindful of being a more sustainable reader, so these are areas I’m trying to improve in while also balancing wanting to support new book releases!

Let’s get into the new releases!

Feel free to leave a comment with what books you’re excited to read in August.
